Kristie Betancourt

Kristie Betancourt has extensive experience in human resources and management within the retail and service industries. Currently serving as the HR Assistant Manager for Performance Management at Seaboard Marine since June 2015, Kristie has held various roles including Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Specialist focused on Employee Relations. Prior to this, Kristie worked at White House Black Market from May 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and performance appraisals as a Store Manager. Kristie's experience also includes a position as a Specialist at Victoria's Secret, where training and supervising associates were key functions, and as an Agent at Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. Kristie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.
