Bianca Kuipers has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Bianca started their career at Deloitte as a Supervisor in Audit, where they worked from 2002 to 2006. Bianca then joined Huizing Belastingadviseurs as an Accountant for a year before moving to Provimi. At Provimi, they held various positions, including Internal Auditor, Working Capital Project Coordinator, and Finance Director. Bianca worked at Provimi from 2007 to 2014. After that, they joined Cargill as a Financial Controller and Accounting & Finance Lead, where they worked from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Seaboard Overseas and Trading Group as the Regional Finance Director since 2022, and previously served as the CFO - Finance Director at Lesotho Flour Mills from 2018 to 2022.

Bianca Kuipers began their education at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accountancy (RA). Bianca successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2002. Later, from 2002 to 2008, Bianca attended Nyenrode Business University, where they obtained a Master of Science - MSc and Post Master degree in Auditing (RA). This program is considered equivalent to a Chartered Accountant qualification.
