Brendan McGinnis has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Intern at ETZEL in 2012. Brendan then served as a Media Director at KIDSPORTS Invitational in 2012-2013. Following this, Brendan worked as a Media Planner at Eugene City Bakery in 2013. Brendan then joined Mindshare as a Media Planner/Assistant Media Planner in 2014-2015. Brendan continued their career at SapientRazorfish, where they held roles as a Media Planner and Senior Media Planner in 2015-2018. After that, they joined T-Mobile as a Performance Media Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in improving media effectiveness and increasing ROI. Brendan then transitioned to the role of Integrated Marketing Lead and later as Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist at T-Mobile. In 2022, they moved to Collectors as the Director of Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing, overseeing product marketing and brand growth. Currently, Brendan is the Sr. Global Media Lead at Seabourn Cruise Line starting from 2023.

Brendan McGinnis attended Loyola High School from 2006 to 2010. Brendan then went on to study at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Marketing from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Brendan obtained a certification in Google AdWords from Google in November 2014.
