Francisco Fernandes

Francisco Fernandes is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and cruise industry, currently serving as Corporate Manager of Service Operations at Seabourn Cruise Line since February 2018. Francisco's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Holland America Line from July 2005 to January 2018, such as Sr. Manager of Beverage & Signature Services and Corporate Beverage Manager. Prior to this, Francisco held the position of Beverage Operations Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from August 2000 to March 2005. Educationally, Francisco has completed programs at Cornell University in Strategic Leadership and Service Excellence and holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management, as well as a certification in Food & Beverage services from the Food Craft Institute.
