Julie Rachynski is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Seabridge Gold Inc. Previously, she held roles such as Manager of HR & Community at New Gold Inc. and HR Manager at Domtar. Julie's key activities include restructuring offices and executive teams, driving strategic business changes, and improving performance evaluation and compensation practices. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Simon Fraser University.
