Melanie Delong

Melanie DeLong, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Seabrook Island Club since September 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at Big Cedar Lodge from November 2019 to August 2024, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. From January 2017 to November 2019, Melanie was the Director of Human Resources at The Broadmoor and previously served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Melanie's early career included multiple roles at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, culminating in the position of HR Benefits Manager. Academically, Melanie earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global between 2017 and November 2021.
