Stephen Poulakos

Stephen Poulakos has over 20 years of experience in the design and planning of luxury resort towns. From 1996 to 2004, they held various roles in the industry, beginning as a Design Associate for Land Plus Associates Ltd. In 1998, they were the Assistant Design-Development Director and Landscape Designer for Rosemary Beach Land Company and Leucadia National Corporation (now Jeffries Financial Group, Inc.). In 2002, they were the Development Coordinator and Landscape Designer for Draper Lake Coastal Village and Leucadia National Corporation (now Jeffries Financial Group, Inc.). Lastly, from 2004 to present, they have been the Director of Town Planning and Town Urbanist for Seabrook Land Company. Stephen'sroles have included leading architectural review board member, design and construction management for over 12 community parks, provision of sales team marketing materials and education, as well as providing property owner association related services.

Stephen Poulakos attended Riverwood High School (now known as Riverwood International Charter School) from 1987 to 1990. Stephen then went on to Auburn University, where they earned a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture in 1996, with a field of study in Landscape Architecture. Stephen also holds a BLA certification.
