Matt Uppenbrink

Matthew Uppenbrink, MS, currently serves as the CEO/Executive Director of The Seabrook of Hilton Head, leading an independent living and skilled nursing community since May 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held positions including Compliance Partner at Rytes Company and Executive Director at Atria Senior Living. Matthew's extensive experience in senior care administration spans over a decade, including a significant tenure as Administrator at the Rudolf Steiner Fellowship Foundation, Inc. Matthew has also worked in various licensing roles at prominent companies such as David & Goliath, The Pokémon Company International, Nickelodeon, Scholastic, and The Jim Henson Company. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
