Mathew Winston

Mathew Winston is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as an Apprentice Mate at Seabulk since May 2021. Mathew previously worked as an Intramural and Club Sports Supervisor at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus from August 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing sports matches and ensuring a safe, competitive environment for students. Mathew also gained valuable experience as a Cadet Observer with the Canaveral Pilots Association in May 2018, observing navigation practices in Port Canaveral, and held roles as a Pourer and Warehouse Specialist at Fiberglass Florida Inc from May 2020 to May 2021. Mathew holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus and graduated from Merritt Island High School in 2016.
