James Chan has extensive experience in finance and supply chain management, currently serving as the CEO of Seabury Labs since September 2022, focusing on digitizing supply chains, and as Managing Director at Seabury Capital since June 2022, specializing in structured credit and principal investments. Previously, James held significant roles including Managing Director at White Oak Global Advisors, where James led structured trade and trade finance, and Senior Trader at MET Group in the oil sector. James's career began at Nomura as an Analyst in structured finance, subsequently progressing through various prestigious firms such as BlackRock, Cheyne Capital, and Noble Group. Academically, James holds a Master of Science in International Management from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London. Additional education includes certifications from Euromoney and the Society of Technical Analysts.
