Oliver Althoff

Oliver Althoff is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of North America at Seabury Securities LLC since June 2019, Althoff previously held the position of Director on the Board of Affinity Capital Exchange Inc. and was Managing Director at Waypoint Leasing, where successful restructuring efforts were made during industry downturns. Earlier career milestones include a Director role at CIT, where Althoff focused on leveraged lending, and positions at GE Capital, Bank of America, and Mitchell Madison Group, emphasizing underwriting, business development, and strategic consulting. Althoff holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School and both an MPA in Macro-Economic Policy and a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University.
