Sam Vogt

Sam Vogt, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Seabury since May 2023, Sam oversees all HR functions for the Active Life Plan Community. Previously, Sam held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Preferred Therapy Solutions from February 2016 to April 2023, managing HR for a large regional therapy management organization. Sam also served as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer at Hebrew HealthCare, Inc., and began a career in HR as a Healthcare Recruitment Manager at Lighthouse Recruiting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an Education Certificate from California State University, Fullerton.
