Alf Carlesäter

Alf Carlesäter is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience in various global firms. Currently serving as a Contributing Member at Seachange for HR by NewCampus since June 2025, Alf shares insights on strategic people practices within Southeast Asia's tech and innovation ecosystem. Prior to this, Alf held the position of Director People APAC at Braze, overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives across Asia. At Meta, Alf led global HR crisis response efforts and developed scalable frameworks for business continuity. Additional experiences include roles at Antler as an Entrepreneur, GE in senior regional HR leadership, Goldman Sachs in talent mobility consulting, and Crown Worldwide Group in regional mobility operations. Alf holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies from Stockholm University and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
