Andrei Perevalov

Andrei Perevalov is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Virtual Internships since January 2024 and as a Contributing Member at seachange by NewCampus, a network for HR practitioners in Southeast Asia. Previously, Andrei held roles as Head of People at StoreHub, Regional HR Head at ZEN Rooms, and Talent Acquisition Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, where significant accomplishments included developing university relations and efficiently managing recruitment processes. Andrei's early career included various leadership roles at AIESEC, where impactful strategies were implemented to enhance operations and productivity. Currently enrolled in the Global HR Leaders Program at NUS Business School, Andrei continues to advance skills in Human Resources Management.
