Energetic and inquisitive, Jana van der Paardt can be described as “professional with a little giddy up.” She enjoys learning all that is printing, from watching the equipment run to learning new print techniques. Since joining SeaChange she’s embraced the culture, energy, and sense of collaboration – especially when it comes to building new processes. Jana has worked in the flexographic print market for 4 years and directly with clients for nearly two decades. This has grown into her biggest passion: building strong, trusting, personable relationships with colleagues and customers.
