Kristen McMann MBA PHR SHRM-CP currently serves as the Director of Global Human Resources at SeaCube Containers LLC since February 2021. With a diverse background in human resources, Kristen has held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager/Director of Human Resources at World Wide Packaging from October 2016 to February 2021 and Manager of Human Resources- Staffing & Employee Development at Hamburg Süd for a brief period in 2016. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at The Clearing House, Human Resources Employment Standards at TD Ameritrade, Human Resources Generalist-Benefits at Gucci America, and Human Resources-Benefits Specialist at Samsung Electronics America. Kristen began the human resources career at Polo Ralph Lauren as a Human Resources Generalist. Educationally, Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Law/Management, and a PHR certification in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
