Production and Operations

The Production and Operations team at SeaDek is responsible for managing the entire manufacturing process of SeaDek's non-skid marine traction products. This includes overseeing the logistics of material sourcing and distribution, operating and programming CNC machinery for precise cutting, and ensuring efficient production workflows. They work collaboratively to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in producing durable and shock-absorbent traction surfaces for a variety of marine applications.
