Jay Cuellar

Jay Cuellar has over three decades of experience in the field of safety and human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Safety Superintendent at Seadrift Coke L.P. since December 1989. In this role, Jay Cuellar is responsible for overseeing safety, security, emergency response, and loss control. Prior to this position, Jay Cuellar worked as a Captain at the City of Port Lavaca Fire Department from 1984 to 1989, where responsibilities included managing fire and rescue scenes.
