Carl Hubner is an experienced maritime professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Seadrill since October 2012, Carl has held multiple leadership positions including OIM/Master, Marine Section Leader, and Captain/OIM, among others. Prior to this, Carl worked as a Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer at Seadrill from September 2008 to August 2012 and held the position of Dynamic Positioning Officer at Transocean for a brief period in 2008. Carl began the career in the maritime industry at Global SanteFe as a 3rd Mate from November 2004 to February 2008. Carl earned a degree in International Transportation & Trade, Business from SUNY Maritime between 1999 and 2004.
