Fabio Dalmonte

Fabio Dalmonte is the founder and managing director of SEADS - Sea Defence Solutions, established in January 2018, focusing on solutions to ocean plastic pollution through innovative projects like the Blue Barriers. Dalmonte's previous experience includes roles as a Waste Technology Consultant at WRc plc and a Waste Management and Environmental Consultant at Albion Environmental Ltd. Notably, Dalmonte holds a Master of Science in Waste and Clean Technologies from the University of the West of Scotland, where a dissertation on river water quality impacts during economic growth in Indonesia was completed. Additional experience includes significant roles in corporate and environmental sustainability consulting at FONDACA and Barilla Group, where comprehensive strategies for sustainability were developed and implemented. Early career foundations include internships at Hera and a collaboration with H3G for a dissertation focused on packaging sustainability.
