Jimmy Torchut has worked in various roles since 2010. Jimmy began their career as the Miami-Florida Key Account Manager for Domaines Rollan de By - Jean Guyon in 2010. In 2012, they were the Assistant General Manager Baoli Miami - USA for Baoli Miami. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the General Manager for BIA FINE FOODS. Since 2017, they have been the Business Development Manager for Casinetto, and currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer for Seafood Souq.

Jimmy Torchut has a Master's degree in International Business from Université Bordeaux Montaigne (ex - Bordeaux 3).
