Jessica Baugh

Jessica Baugh currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Seaford Middle School with the Seaford School District since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Director of Instruction at Delmarva Christian School and has extensive experience in education, including roles as a Science Teacher, Leadership Team member, Mentor, and Coach at the Seaford School District. Jessica's previous positions also include NextGen Teacher Leader with the Delaware Science Coalition and Curriculum Developer, Advisor, and Science Teacher at Positive Outcomes Charter School. Academically, Jessica holds a Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology and Online Instruction, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Education in Exceptional Children and Youth, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Berea College.
