Jon Allgood Pgdip Mrics

Jon Allgood PgDip MRICS currently serves as Head of Asset Management at Seaforth Land Limited since September 2022. Previously, Jon held various positions at The Crown Estate from March 1999 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Asset Manager, where leadership of a team of five was demonstrated, managing a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of office space with significant financial metrics. Jon was instrumental in developing workplace strategies that focused on customer-centric design and overseeing joint venture partnerships. Other roles included Asset Manager and Assistant Asset Manager, where responsibilities encompassed office leasing, design development, and managing outsourcing operations. Jon holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Valuation & Law from Bayes Business School and a BSc in Geography from King's College London.
