Brandon Purcel, MBA, is currently the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Seagate Technology, where they focus on aligning employees with company culture. They graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Human Resources/Management and were actively involved in the university's Human Resources Association and Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, serving as Vice President. With past experience as a Human Resources Manager at CPC - Colder Products Company and various roles in talent acquisition and coaching, Brandon has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, and organizational leadership.
