Charles Ribaudo serves as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Seagate Technology since November 2018, focusing on strategy, equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth. Previously, Charles held various roles at Seagate, including Director of Product Line Management for Smart Home Storage, where significant product launches and app integrations were achieved. Charles co-founded Jambo Networks, a pioneering mobile social networking service, and played a critical role in establishing EDS Ventures, a substantial venture capital fund. Charles holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Leadership from the University of Richmond.
