Kelley Fuller

Kelley Fuller is a strategic and data-driven professional with extensive experience in people operations and program management. With a history at Seagate Technology from 2001 to 2003, Kelley held multiple senior roles focused on HR operations, compliance, and diversity analytics. Currently, Kelley is the HR Compliance Program Manager at Seagate, overseeing compliance-related initiatives and driving equity and inclusion programs. Kelley is also pursuing a BA in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Humanities at California State University-Sacramento while participating in a foreign exchange program in Social Anthropology at Oxford Brookes University.
