Kristin Pascual

Kristin Pascual is a seasoned communications executive with extensive experience in internal and corporate communications across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Internal Communications at Seagate Technology since April 2022, Kristin previously held the role of Global Head of Employee Communications at HP, where the focus was on revitalizing company culture during a significant transition. At Citrix, Kristin built the inaugural internal communications infrastructure and led efforts in public relations, contributing to a substantial increase in media coverage. Early career roles included developing strategic communication plans at Managed Objects and creating a marketing department at STG, Inc. Kristin holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio Wesleyan University, alongside training in Design Thinking from Stanford University's d. School Bootcamp.
