Mallika Roy, Ph.D., is an experienced technologist and creative problem solver currently serving as the Product and Technology Lead for Advanced Recording Subsystems at Seagate Technology. With a robust background in data storage, Mallika has successfully led international cross-functional teams in product development and reliability engineering since 2008, contributing to numerous innovations, including the first load/unload enabled small form-factor drive. Previously, Mallika worked as a Research Engineer at Seagate from 2005 to 2008, where significant advancements in sensor technology and drive reliability were achieved.
