Dasha Melnyk has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dasha began their career at Business-Link Kiev as a Client Manager in 2007. Dasha then joined Pravex Bank (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) as the Head of Securities Issue and Market Making Office in 2008. In 2010, they worked as an FI Sales-Trader at NRG Capital before moving on to Troika Dialog as a Local FI Sales in 2011. Dasha then joined Sberbank as a Client Manager in 2013 and later transitioned to Alfa-Bank as a Fixed Income Sales-Trader the same year. In 2018, they took on the role of an Entrepreneur. Currently, Dasha is the Head of Customer Success at Portside, Inc, a position they have held since 2019.

Dasha Melnyk holds a Master's degree in International Financial Management, which they obtained from the Kyiv National Economics University in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in International Economy and Management, from the same university in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Dasha Melnyk has obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services (WES) in May 2019.
