Neha Bansal PHR, HRBP, Certified Rewards Professional, currently serves as General Manager-HR and Head HRBP at Seagull Pharma since December 2022, where responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating HR policies and activities to align with organizational objectives. Prior to this, Neha worked as HRBP Lead at Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Limited from March 2017 to November 2022, overseeing talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management across the AMEA region. At TVS Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Limited, the role of Deputy Manager Human Resources involved revamping performance management and learning frameworks. Previous experience includes serving as Front Line Entrepreneur-HR at Trident Group India, focusing on training and development initiatives, and a volunteer role at the Center for People in Need, handling recruitment processes.
