Jeff Spencer

Jeff Spencer is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing software for various platforms and devices. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Lead at Seagull Scientific since October 2014, Jeff specializes in creating device drivers for barcode and label printers. Prior experience includes roles at Intel Corporation, Integrated Biometrics, and multiple positions at Microsoft, where contributions spanned from developing debug extensions and enabling fingerprint scanner usage to addressing commercialization issues for Windows Phone manufacturers. Jeff’s diverse skill set is complemented by a background in program management and entrepreneurship, having managed a house remodeling business.
