Kelsey Barrett

Kelsey Barrett has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kelsey is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Seakeeper since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Marketing Manager from December 2020 to August 2022 and as a Communications Manager from January 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Seakeeper, Kelsey was a Marketing Manager at Bonnier Corporation's Fishing Group from November 2015 to December 2017. Kelsey also worked as a Project Coordinator / Account Executive at Linda Costa Communications Group from September 2014 to November 2015.

In addition, Kelsey has experience as an Account Executive at RFB Communications Group from July 2013 to September 2014, where they played a key role in planning and executing public and media relations programs. Kelsey successfully secured media coverage for clients and placed quotes, articles, and photos in prominent local and regional publications.

Kelsey's earlier work experiences include being a member of the UF Bateman Team at the University of Florida from August 2012 to May 2013, where they were involved in creating and implementing a public relations campaign against bullying. Kelsey also worked as a Public Relations Intern at RFB Communications Group, Inc in the summer of 2012.

Before that, they gained experience as a Communications and Event Planning Intern at SEA TURTLE CONSERVANCY, INC. from October 2010 to December 2011 and as an Intern at Clearwater Marine Aquarium in the summer of 2008.

Kelsey Barrett attended the University of Florida from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations.
