Jocelynn Guajardo

Jocelynn Guajardo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and integration. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at SEAKR Engineering, LLC since August 2021, Jocelynn previously held various engineering roles at Lockheed Martin from July 2010 to July 2021, including Systems Integration and Test Engineer, Systems Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Test Engineer, and Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to that, Jocelynn gained experience as an intern in the UCF/Lockheed Martin College Work Experience Program in Test Engineering from December 2007 to July 2010. Jocelynn holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida (2005-2010). Areas of expertise include Earned Value Management, program reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and process improvement activities.
