Diane Villanueva

Diane Villanueva has over 20 years of work experience in the technical support and sales fields. Diane currently serves as the Technical Support Director at SEAL Analytical, where they lead and manages a team of technical support chemists and service technicians. Their responsibilities include assigning tasks and projects to team members and scheduling on-site visits and in-house projects. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Applied Technology Manager at Unity Scientific for eight years. Here, they conducted sales demos and installations, provided technical support to customers and sales staff, and developed technical procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. Before that, Diane was the Inside Sales Coordinator and OEM Manager at Great Lakes Instruments. In this role, they managed OEM relationships, supervised a team, and conducted quality audits. Diane's career began at Lachat Instruments, Inc., where they served as a Technical Support Coordinator and played a key role in introducing and implementing a successful service business unit within the organization.

Diane Villanueva completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, emphasizing in Food & Water Technology, at Mount Mary University from 1987 to 1991. Diane then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Management at Cardinal Stritch University from 1995 to 1997.
