Bakhtawar James is an experienced professional in customer support and documentation, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support & Documentation for SeaLead since 2023. Previously, Bakhtawar held key leadership positions at APL from June 2008 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing customer service teams, handling claims, and enhancing customer experience through various initiatives. Prior to that, from August 1993 to May 2008, Bakhtawar was the Head of Customer Support & Documentation at Maersk Line, overseeing customer service and documentation for the Indian market and specializing in refrigerated cargo handling. Bakhtawar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Mumbai.
