Chee Yap

Chee Yap, EMBA, PMP, serves as the Executive Director of Global Sustainability Business Innovation and APAC Innovation and Development at Sealed Air Corporation since August 2011, where responsibilities include driving R&D's vision, managing a substantial team, and overseeing new product innovation in various market sectors. Chee has a proven track record in leading R&D teams to achieve significant sales growth and has played a key role in M&A technical due diligence. With previous experience at FXI/Foamex Innovations and TS Tech/Tri-Con Industries, Chee has specialized in polyurethane foam applications, automotive innovations, and process improvements. Chee holds a Global Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School and has achieved multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Chee is also a Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma, having ranked 1st in the EMBA Class of 2020 at Rutgers.
