Dan has also held roles at KCOM Group PLC, bwin.party digital entertainment, Rolls-Royce, and Old Mutual plc, gaining extensive expertise in total rewards management, pay structures, and employee benefits. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kingston University.
