Joseph Stitt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Manager at Sealed Air Corporation since February 2022, Joseph oversees over 20 direct reports, a significant OPEX budget exceeding 4M+, and 35+ high-speed production lines, focusing on optimizing throughput and ensuring safety. As a Business Owner at JSI LLC since January 2022, Joseph leverages entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid background in instrumentation and equipment development gained from previous roles at Transitions Optical. During tenure at Transitions Optical, Joseph progressed from Maintenance Engineer to Instrumentation Manager, where responsibilities included building teams, designing innovative equipment, and implementing global maintenance systems.
