Mark Stone

Mark Stone is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in accounting and investor relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President of Internal Audit at Sealed Air Corporation since August 2016, Mark also holds the position of Chief Audit Executive, directly reporting to the Board's Audit Committee. Previous roles include Director of External Reporting & Technical Accounting, where responsibilities encompassed SEC reporting and technical accounting research, as well as Manager of Technical Accounting & Special Projects at Wells Fargo. Mark’s earlier experience includes serving as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young, specializing in financial statement audits, and an internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Mark holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina.
