Joel Mezistrano

Joel Mezistrano is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate development, capital markets, and real estate investment. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Capital Markets at Arrived since November 2019, Joel previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer, where significant contributions included driving early real estate operations and raising over $100 million in real estate debt capital. In addition to roles at Agate Hound Fund and Caju AI as CFO, Joel is a Principal at SeaLevel Properties, managing the development and operation of over 700 units while previously developing more than 1000 units in King and Snohomish Counties. Joel serves on the board of TransformativeMed and operates as Managing Director at LEHOKI, specializing in multi-family office investments. Joel's earlier experience includes key positions at American Classic Homes, OpenQ, and Source Medical, complemented by an educational background in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
