Dee Feng

Customer Success Team Leader at SeaLights

Dee Feng has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Java Programmer at Indiana University Bloomington until 2004. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Co-Founder of iClub, a platform that provided exclusive connections and information to its members. In 2010, Dee worked as an MBA Intern at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Product Manager - Product Strategy at CPA2Biz, a subsidiary of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2013, Dee joined Savvis as a Sr. Territory Support Manager, where they remained until 2020. During this time, they were responsible for providing support in the assigned territory. In 2020, Dee joined WorkFusion as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring the success of customers. Currently, Dee serves as the Customer Success Team Leader at SeaLights, a position they started in December 2021.

Dee Feng completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management during the years 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Dee Feng obtained a BA in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington between 1998 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Dee Feng obtained additional certifications. In March 2021, they completed the certification titled "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Another certification they obtained is "Pragmatic Marketing Product Management," although the institution from which it was obtained is not specified. This certification was completed in December 2011.
