Janice Radcliffe

Janice Radcliffe is an experienced professional in human resources and talent engagement, currently serving in the People and Culture department at SeaLink NZ since September 2023. Prior to this, Janice held roles at Redvespa Consultants Limited as both Talent Engagement and Office Manager from May 2021 to August 2023, and at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand as Office Administrator from July 2020 to March 2021. Additional experience includes positions at NZ Health Partnerships, Discovery Limited, Standard Bank Group, and Rand Water, focusing on various aspects of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, employee care, and industrial relations. Janice holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Regent Business School, completed in November 2022, along with earlier educational credentials from Hillview Secondary and Little Flower School.
