Michael's career at Sealord began in 1991, with roles on deep-sea fishing vessels, culminating in the position of GM North America from August 1997 to December 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Canterbury, earned between 2006 and 2008.
