Steven Theisen

Steven Theisen is currently the Director of Software Development at SEAM Group. Prior to this role, Steven worked at OEConnection (OEC) as the Manager of Applications from 2011 to October 2021. Before OEC, Steven held a role as Senior Software Engineer/Team Leader at Snap-on Business Solutions and also served as a Senior Web Systems Administrator at ProQuest Business Solutions. With a background in computer science from Kent State University, Steven has extensive experience managing development teams, implementing agile methodologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success.
