Matt Burke

Matt Burke is an experienced professional in the surveying and mining industries, currently serving as General Manager Operations at SEAM Spatial since February 2014, where responsibilities have included overseeing QLD operations and managing surveying services for open cut mining and exploration. Prior roles include Surveyor at SEAM Surveys Pty Ltd and Senior Surveyor for the Clermont Region at Rio Tinto Coal Australia, where significant contributions were made to the development of a reconciliation system. Matt also has experience as a Mine Surveyor and Drill and Blast Engineer, with a career beginning at Rio Tinto Coal Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Surveying from the University of Southern Queensland.
