Jeff Schaeffer is the founder and CEO of Seam Technologies, a process analytics and optimization platform built for healthcare that identifies and closes holes of wasted time, cost, and opportunity to deliver higher quality and more efficient care. They previously served as Senior Director of Product Management at Tempus Labs (2016–2021), where they researched, designed, built, and launched 0-to-1 products and helped grow the product and design organization from 2 to over 40 teammates. Earlier in their career, they held senior product, analytics, and strategy roles at Groupon and provided strategy and operations consulting at Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young. They earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (2008–2010).
