Peace Egbon has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. They began as a Junior Associate at Insidify.com, where they ensured the authenticity of jobs posted on the company's website, crafted CVs for different levels, created social media content, and initiated cold calling to find new clients. In 2017, they joined SeamlessHR as an HR Technology Advisor/Quality Assurance Tester, where they engaged in prospecting and sales efforts to schedule product demo presentations, increasing the clientele by 30%. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development/Project Officer at Gofixit.com.ng, identifying and executing new business opportunities, collecting customer requirements, and fostering relationships with customers. In 2021, they served as a Project Manager/Business Manager at Gofixit, overseeing team members and supervising project progress. They also worked as an Executive Assistant/Zoho Implementation at Bold Solutions Company in the same year. Currently, Peace is working at SeamlessHR as a Project Implementation Specialist, responsible for data organization, customization of business processes according to client needs, payroll process development, and project setup and onboarding planning.

Peace Egbon completed a National Diploma in Marketing from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic from 2014 to 2016. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Peace pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same institution. Additionally, Peace obtained several certifications, including Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Artificial Intelligence for Project Manager, Balancing Innovation and Risk, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Interpersonal Communication, Prioritizing Tasks, Communication with Teams, De-Escalating Conversations for Customer Service, and a Content Marketing Certificate from HubSpot Academy obtained in October 2017.
