Frank G. Wisner

Mr. Wisner has extensive international and governmental affairs experience with his 35-year career with the U.S. State Department, including serving as the U.S. Ambassador to Zambia, Egypt, the Philippines and India. Mr. Wisner has served as Vice Chairman, External Affairs of American International Group, Inc. and as Foreign Affairs Advisor with Patton Boggs, LLP (now, Squire Patton Boggs, LLP). His business experience has also included serving as a director of Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc. where he was a member of the Nominations Committee. He is also a director of AIG Property & Casualty Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of AIG and serves on the board of Chartis International, LLC, a subsidiary of AIG.
