Colin Waddell

Colin Waddell is an experienced marine engineer and technical manager with a career spanning over four decades in the maritime and LNG sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Engineer at Seapeak since January 2022 and as Technical Manager for Bahrain Operations, Colin Waddell oversees the management of the Bahrain LNG Import Terminal, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and operational efficiency. Prior to these roles, Colin Waddell operated as Chief Engineer for CW Technical Consultancy Ltd, and held the position of Chief Engineer at Teekay from October 2020 to January 2022. Colin Waddell's extensive background includes a long tenure at Shell, where work as Chief Engineer lasted from September 1978 to October 2020. Colin Waddell's educational foundation includes studies at Glasgow Clyde College and South Shields Marine School.
