Nicholas Schmid

Nicholas Schmid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in applications management and analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Applications at Seapeak since January 2022, Nicholas has successfully transitioned the support model to enhance team knowledge and improve service quality. Prior to this, Nicholas held the position of Application Analyst at Teekay, where responsibilities included planning and delivering Robotic Process Automation and Low Code Projects. Nicholas's earlier roles at ICBC involved various functions from Project Support Analyst to Functional Analyst III, overseeing a project portfolio management system used by over 300 personnel. Nicholas also brings experience in technical support and training from roles with the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic Games and teaching assistance at Simon Fraser University. Educated at Simon Fraser University from 2004 to 2011, Nicholas has developed strong leadership and communication skills throughout a diverse career.
